Swim Lessons Program Information and Policies

REGISTRATION
Registration is now open, so you can sign up whenever your child is ready to start swimming. Just click on the link below and follow the simple steps. Think of each swim class as adding an item to your shopping cart. Different days are like different items—so if you have more than one child attending on different days, just select the appropriate options for each. All your selections can go into the cart, and you can check out all at once at the end.
Once you've registered, you're all set with a monthly billing that continues automatically until you decide to cancel.

PAYMENT
We only accept credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. When you register, you will be asked for your credit card information and you will be charged immediately for the remainder of the lessons for that month (see prorated classes below). After your first month, you will be charged for your classes on the first of the month for that month of classes. For example, you will be charged on April 1 for your April classes. It is your responsibility to notify the team if your credit card number changes. Please click on the “Contact Us” button on the website and someone will call you to get the new number. Please do not put your credit card information in the email as email is not a secure form of communication. If your credit card is declined, you have until the 10th of the month to update your card details. After the 10th, your child will not be allowed to swim and it will be possible for your spot to be given away.

MULTI-SWIMMER & MULTI-CLASS DISCOUNT
For families with multiple swimmers, we're pleased to provide special discounts. Previously, the discount was credited quarterly, but with our new billing system, it will now be automatically applied monthly. Specifically, you'll get a 10% discount on the monthly fee for the second swimmer. Additionally, for any extra classes, you will receive a 60% discount. We hope these offers enhance your experience!

MAKE UP POLICY
Please note that missed classes are non-refundable. If you happen to miss a class or want to schedule a make-up lesson, you can use the link below to request it—make sure you're registered first.
Remember, one-time class switches also count as make-ups. Please note that all makeup sessions must be used within the same month, as they expire after that and can't be carried over to the next month.

SWITCHING CLASSES
If you're interested in permanently changing your class days or times, just send an email to Coach Iman at iman@teamsantamonica.org. Please let us know which day and time you'd like to switch to, so we can assist you in getting everything sorted out.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please remember to let us know if you'd like to cancel your lessons by submitting a request through the link below. It's best to do this by or before 5 PM on the last day of the month.
Please note that cancellations are processed for the next month—so if you request them during March, your classes will be canceled starting April 1st. Also, just a friendly note that we aren't able to offer refunds for cancellations made in the middle of the month.

LOCATION CHANGE
All potential changes will be communicated via email.

MOVE UPS
Our coaches will assess when your child is ready to advance to the next level. You'll receive an email notification when it's time for their progression.
