At TSM Aquatics, the safety and well-being of our athletes is our top priority. We are committed to maintaining a positive and secure environment where all members of our community can thrive. Our Safe Sport program is designed to protect athletes by promoting awareness and implementing best practices to prevent misconduct and abuse in all forms. We adhere to the guidelines set forth by USA Swimming and the U.S. Center for Safe Sport, ensuring that our coaches, staff, and volunteers are well-equipped to recognize and respond to any concerns. Our Safe Sport Coordinator is always available to address any issues and ensure that every member feels supported and protected.
TSM Aquatics follows strict codes of conduct and policies to create a culture of respect and accountability. These include comprehensive codes of conduct for our swimmers, coaches, and parents, as well as detailed guidelines on acceptable behaviors and interactions. We also have clear procedures for reporting and addressing any grievances or concerns. By fostering an environment where safety is paramount, TSM Aquatics ensures that all athletes can focus on their development and enjoyment of the sport in a secure and supportive setting.
