Introducing the GREEN GROUP

Beginning September 2025, TSM will launch the Green Group to serve as a bridge between Swim Lessons and the Swim Team. This group will be coached by a Swim Team Coach at SMSC's fitness pool, with three weekly 45-minute sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 4:00, 4:45, or 5:30 PM. Swimmers are allowed to attend only one session per day and cannot participate in different time slots throughout the week. We highly encourage all participating members to attend all three practices a week.

Investment:

The fee is $225/month, and a $30 USA Swimming membership is required, which will be good through December 2026. 

Prerequisites include proficiency in freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, turns, sitting and kneeling dives, and dolphin kick.

To transition to the swim team, swimmers must complete a legal 100-yard IM and obtain approval from their coach.
