Coach Shanna's roots run deep in water sports, from her childhood swimming and competing in Junior Lifeguards to playing water polo. Her junior year was especially historic, as she helped break new ground with the first-ever girls' water polo team at SAMOHI, clinching an SS CIF Championship. That exciting year, and her senior year, she earned impressive honors, including First Team All-CIF, Second Team All-CIF, Ocean League MVP, and SAMOHI team MVP.

Shanna’s love for water sports continued at Division 2 Azusa Pacific University, where she played water polo on an athletic scholarship. Today, she still loves playing at the TSM Masters, proudly being the only woman on the team.

As a coach, Shanna is passionate about sharing her love for the sport with her athletes. She believes in teaching important values, including hard work, dedication, teamwork, perseverance, and the importance of having fun. Her goal is to inspire her team both in their sport and in life!
